Delete my account
- On your account page, press “Slet min konto”. The page lists what ends and offers “Hent alt først”. If you have not signed in within the last 5 minutes, you are asked to sign in again.
- Type your email address under “Skriv din mail for at bekræfte” and press “Slet min konto for altid”.
If you own a Clawco, deleting your account deletes it and everything in it, and the people you invited lose access. A household member deletes only their own account; the household goes on for the others.
There is no grace period and no undo. Your subscription is cancelled with the account.
What is kept
- Backups of your Clawco disappear within 30 days.
- Invoices are kept for 5 years, because the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it.
- A receipt that the deletion happened, with nothing from your account in it.
