The free trial and what happens at the end
You can try Clawco for 14 days. No card is asked for during the trial, and nothing is charged without your yes. A trial can be used once per account.
- On your account page, press “Se abonnement og planer”.
- Choose a plan, how often you would pay and where you live, then press “Start 14 dages gratis prøve”. Stripe’s page opens; it does not ask for a card.
Your account then reads “Gratis prøve til” and the last day of the trial.
When the trial ends
If you have not chosen to pay, the subscription is paused and the subscription page says “På pause: prøven er slut”. Nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted.
In this version the pause is a state on your subscription. It does not switch your Clawco off.
- To carry on, open the subscription page and press “Kort, fakturaer og planskift”. Stripe’s page for your subscription opens. If you cannot find how to pay there, write to us.
Still stuck?
Write to us at the address below. In your account, “Få hjælp” opens the same mail with a few technical facts already in it.
We answer within 2 working days.
Never send us your model key, a password, a passkey or card details. We do not ask for them, and nothing in this help flow collects them.
