Report a security problem
If you have found a way into Clawco, or a way to read, change or delete something you should not reach, write to us. There is no form: send a mail and we read it.
What to send
- What you found, and where.
- The steps to see it for yourself.
- What you think it could do.
Never send us your model key, a password, a passkey or card details. We do not ask for them, and nothing in this help flow collects them.
What we promise
- We answer within 5 working days.
- When you look for a problem, please stay within scope, touch only what you need to show the problem, stop when you have shown it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you tell others.
Out of scope
- Attacks that only flood a service with traffic (denial of service).
- Tricking people who work with us or our customers (social engineering).
- Physical access to a device or a building.
- Services run by others, such as the payment page. Report those to the company that runs them.
