Change plan or cancel
Only the owner of a Clawco manages the subscription. A household member who opens the page is told to ask the owner.
- On your account page, press “Se abonnement og planer”.
- Press “Kort, fakturaer og planskift”. Stripe’s page for your subscription opens.
- When you are done there, you come back to the subscription page.
What Stripe’s page offers is set in Stripe, not in Clawco. If you cannot change plan or cancel there, write to us.
The subscription page shows what Stripe has told us. A cancellation shows as “Slutter” with the date.
If you move to a plan with fewer places than people in your household, nobody loses access, but you cannot invite more until you are within the limit.
Cancelling is not deleting. In this version, cancelling a subscription deletes nothing.
