A payment failed
Stripe tells Clawco when a payment fails. Your subscription page then reads “Betalingen mangler siden” and the date.
- On your account page, press “Se abonnement og planer”.
- Press “Kort, fakturaer og planskift”. Stripe’s page for your subscription opens. The card is entered there and never in Clawco.
What is not touched
- Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.
- In this version a failed payment does not stop or lock your Clawco. The rules for a payment that stays overdue are not switched on yet.
