Sign in on a new device
A passkey lives on the phone or computer where you made it. A new device does not have one yet, so Clawco sends a sign-in link to your mail instead. There are no passwords.
- Open the sign-in page of your account.
- Type your email address and press “Send mig et link”.
- Open the mail in the same browser you asked from. The link works once, for 15 minutes, and only in that browser.
- Press “Log ind”.
- To skip the mail next time, press “Tilføj en passkey” on your account page. Adding one needs a sign-in from the last 5 minutes.
No mail after a few minutes? Check the spam folder, then ask again. The page answers the same whether or not the address has an account, on purpose.
