The trust ladder
The trust ladder says what the agent may do on its own, when nobody tapped a button. It starts at the bottom, and every step up is your decision.
The five levels
0 · seSee and suggest. The agent does nothing by itself.1 · sortereSort. It may sort things and put them in Ordnet, the band that shows what has been done, but never write in your files or make appointments.2 · føre regnskabBook-keep. It may write lines in your accounts, each with an undo.3 · forberedePrepare. It may draft and prepare, but you send and use the result yourself.4 · udføre med fortrydExecute with undo. It may act in your own systems, and you can undo it.
Today the actions a source can offer are at level 1 (move a mail) and level 3 (save a draft). Nothing a source offers needs level 2 or 4 yet.
The limit no level reaches
Four things are outside the ladder. No level, rule, model or voice command can allow them.
betalPay. Refused every time. Clawco never pays; you do.send-til-andreWrite to other people. Only when you tap yes on a button on the screen, once, for that one message. Never by voice, never from a timer.sletDelete. Only when you tap yes on a button on the screen, once, for that one thing. Never by voice, never from a timer.kopier-paa-tvaersCopy across zones. Refused every time. What belongs to private, work or the household stays there.
Rules are text in your folder
Clawco/regler.md in your notes folder. One section per rule, with its level, what it covers, where it came from and whether it is on. It is plain text you can open and read.
The agent never makes a rule. When you correct a card, Clawco may propose one rule, at most one level above what the agent may do there today. It becomes a rule only when you tap approve. A proposal you decline is not proposed again for 30 days.
A rule can be switched off with a tap, and you can edit the file by hand. If the file is missing or cannot be read, the agent is at level 0: it sees and suggests, and does nothing more.
The Sunday check
On Sundays from 18:00, Clawco shows five of the things it hid from you that week and asks whether each was right. After three clean weeks in a row it asks whether to stop the check. It can be switched off in the settings.
